Elestio + T Cloud: Managed Open Source on Deutsche Telekom
If you run open source on T Cloud today, you already know how this goes. Postgres, Kafka, Keycloak, whatever the stack looks like, somebody on your team owns the patching, the backups, and the 3 a.m. page when a volume fills up. As of September 14, 2026, there is another option. Elestio now supports T Cloud from Deutsche Telekom as a cloud provider, which means you can run any of Elestio's 400+ managed open source services directly on your own T Cloud infrastructure.
Nothing moves. No migration, no third-party cloud, no lock-in. Your workloads stay on T Cloud, your data stays where your compliance team already signed off, and your procurement relationship with Deutsche Telekom stays exactly as it is. Elestio simply becomes the operations layer on top of it.
How bring-your-own-cloud actually works
This is the part worth being precise about, because "managed service" usually means your data ends up on somebody else's account.
Not here. With Elestio's bring-your-own-cloud model, you connect your existing T Cloud environment and Elestio provisions services inside it. Every service lands on a dedicated, isolated instance in your own infrastructure.
